SPECIFICATIONS
  Heavily Lined Body with proper selection of diaphragm, provides unique control on corrosive liquids. Fluids are completely isolated from the actuator and environment. This bi-directional valve is 'Hygienic' design, can be sterilized and has a low turbulence to flow.

Valve Body CS-ASTM A216 WCB (DIN 1.0619 GS-C 25).
SS-ASTM A351 CF8 (DIN 1.4301).
SG Iron-ASTM A536, Gr.60-40-18 (DIN 0.7043)
(GGG40.3).
End connection Flanged end to ANSI CI.150/PN 16.
Bonnet CS-ASTM A216 WCB (DIN 1.0619 GS-C 25)/
SS-ASTM A351 CF8 (DIN 1.4301).
Compressor SS-ASTM A351 CF8.
Spindle SS AISI 304.
Lining Moulded PFA/PVDF/FEP lining.
Diaphragms and Temperature Standard EPDM-Temp. 120°C,
Others-PTFE backed by EPDM 155°C.

Manual handwheel in Engineering Plastic (PA 6 GF 30%).
 
Application Industrial process plants, pharmaceutical industry, cosmetic industry, bio-technology, RO plants, water treatment plant. Ideally suitable for pure liquids, corrosive or alkaline, mildly viscous liquids, contaminated and turbulent liquids can pass easily through this valve. Various lining materials availability makes value universally applicable.
