SPECIFICATIONS :	Design as per BS,EN593,ISO-10631
Sizes	40mm (1 ½”) to 300mm (12”).
Face to Face	EN558/20, DIN-3202/K1, API 609.
Testing & Inspection	In accordance to ISO 5208.
Pressure Temp. Rating	As per ASTM A 16.34.
Pressure Rating	Body-ANSI, Class 150, holding between flanges.
Bodies	SGI-ASTM A536 60/4018 CS- ASTM A216 WCB (DIN1.0619) (GS-C 25), SS-ASTM A351CF8M (DIN 1.4408) (GX6 Cr.Ni MO 1810) SS-ASTM A351CF8 (DIN 1.4301).
Shaft	ASTM A511 Gr.TP-410.
Disc	Cast Steel ASTM A216 WCB SS- ASTM A351CF8M Or CF8.
Liner & Temperature	EPDM-ISO 1691, (-)20°C to 120°C. BN-ISO 1619, (-)20°C to 80°C.
Shaft Packing	Teflon.
End Connection	Suitable for holding between the flanges of ANSI CI.150, ISO 7500-1, BS 5811, DIN 2533 PN 16.
Leakage	Tight shut-off.
Characteristic	On-Off and Control.
Velocity	Size: 40 mm to 200 mm:4m/sec for liquid and 35m/sec for gases. Size: 250 & 300 mm:3m/sec. for liquid and 30m/sec for gases.
Pneumatic supply Pres.	For Double Acting Actuator-Signal pressure 4.5 to 8.5 bar. For Spring Return Actuator-Signal Pressure 4.5 to 8.5 bar.
Manual Operation	Can be provided as an additional feature.
Accessories	Air lock relay, Valve Positioner (P to P), Valve Positioner (E to P) Positioner Indicator, Rotary Limit Switches, Proximity Switches solenoid Valves, etc.

NOTE :
(1) Valve and actutor table is calculated fitting AVCON Namur based solenoid valve, type 9484E06 or 9384E06. Valve for using any other models from other manufacturers, please use 6 bar pneumatic pressure.
(2) For regulating duty disc can only be posiioned between 20° to 70° opening for controlling.
